I design and create all sorts of glass art from my studio. I have been making glass for 10 years now and I am always trying different ideas and techniques.  I use powdered and crushed glass, along with silver and copper to create effects and reactions that reflect the wonderful natural colours and scenery of West Cornwall.

There is always a lot of practice and preparation involved to obtain the effect I am happy with,  but it is still exciting to open the kiln after a firing and check out the results!

I try to make glass that reflects our surroundings and ever changing weather which can impact the feel of the coastline in a moment, from the granite rocks, to the reflections on the water, and the stormy skies. Each piece is unique.

Much of the jewellery requires bespoke silver and this is crafted in the studio too.
