Janeve Bainbridge

Janeve Bainbridge began sculpting at Wimbledon School of Art (NDD), and continued at the Royal Academy Schools (RAS Cert.), and then worked principally as a museum model-maker, mainly for the Commonwealth Institute, London, and Philips Evoluon, Eindhoven, both exhibitions now sadly defunct. She also did theatrical work, making props., scenery, and costumes, together with private commissions, including portraits.

Janeve moved to her present address in 1974.  She has been painter to a harpsichord maker in Lewes since 1992, and was Sculpture Tutor for Penwith College at Penzance School of Art from September 2002 to December 2012.
